1) Name the Vision
Write your best one-sentence vision. Who is served, what changes, and why it matters.
2) Define Evidence
List 3–5 observable outcomes that would prove you’re on track. Keep them measurable.
3) Map Constraints
Note time, resources, and current commitments. Plan *with* reality, not against it.
4) First Aligned Step
Choose the smallest action that meaningfully moves you toward the vision this week.
5) Accountability
Pick a check-in day and person. Momentum loves calendars and community.
6) Review & Iterate
Revisit monthly. Keep what works, release what doesn’t, and refine language.
